ASHLEE WEIR, Strength & Conditioning Coach + PT

Ashlee has been passionate about fitness and sport from a young age, with netball becoming her main focus as an athlete. She played at an elite level for over a decade, representing the New South Wales Institute of Sport (2003–2013) and competing with the NSW Swifts at the peak of her career (2009 & 2013). Competing at this level required strength, discipline, and resilience—qualities that continue to shape her approach to training today.

After retiring from elite sport, Ashlee became a proud mum to three daughters, which gave her a deeper appreciation for the body’s ability to adapt through the different stages of life. Experiencing pregnancy and postpartum recovery firsthand has fuelled her passion for helping women rebuild strength, stability, and confidence, particularly through core and pelvic floor training.

At MaxFit, Ashlee brings both her athletic background and personal experience into her coaching, creating a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to achieve their goals. She is committed to leading an active, healthy lifestyle and hopes to inspire others—including her clients and her children—to embrace the lifelong benefits of movement, strength, and wellbeing.
