Training with Jono builds both physical and mental confidence, helping clients become their best selves. With six years in the fitness industry and a background in Rugby Strength & Conditioning, he understands the value of consistency, hard work, and effective training.

SAM BINGHAM, Strength & Conditioning Coach + PT
Sam is a certified Personal Trainer and Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach with a passion for performance and rehabilitation. His journey began through competitive football, where repeated injuries inspired him to study training, recovery, and overall health.
Sam helps clients improve performance, build resilience, and gain confidence by teaching them how to train effectively and sustainably. His goal is to empower people to become stronger versions of themselves, both on and off the field.

ASHLEE WEIR, Strength & Conditioning Coach + PT
Ashlee is a former elite netballer who represented the NSW Institute of Sport and NSW Swifts during her decade-long playing career. Now a proud mum of three, she has a deep understanding of the body’s ability to adapt through pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Ashlee is passionate about helping women rebuild strength, stability, and confidence through evidence-based training. At MaxFit, she inspires clients to embrace an active, healthy lifestyle that supports both performance and everyday wellbeing.
