I enjoy working with health and fitness, where I am able to help encourage individuals, couples and groups to focus on a wholistic approach to life. Being able to come along side people and foster a positive environment within a gym setting, allows individuals to reach their full potential and focus on an active lifestyle. As a trainer, I look to facilitate and empower clients to take steps towards consistent and improved training and nutritional choices.
I have a Bachelor of Health Science, Masters in Education and a STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING accreditation.
I have always been involved in the sporting world, with a major focus on high level field hockey, where I have gained significant knowledge in various types of training and quality nutritional education.
I look forward to constantly growing with MaxFit members and being a welcoming face on the gym floor.
