Sal is currently completing his Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and brings a genuine passion for helping others improve their health and fitness. With a strong interest in nutrition and human performance, he loves working with people of all ages — especially young athletes — to build confidence, enhance performance, and achieve their goals.
