You’ll find Taylor passionate about sport and helping young athletes reach their full potential. As a teenager, injuries prevented him from competing at a high level, but they inspired his focus on athletic development and injury prevention. After studying sports coaching during his HSC and achieving top marks in his grade, Taylor joined MaxFit, starting with kids’ classes and learning from experienced coaches Lara and Hugh.

Since then, he has become a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, coaching additional classes and developing his expertise in performance improvement and injury prevention. Today, Taylor works closely with young athletes, helping you build strong foundations, enhance performance, and stay healthy throughout your sporting journey. His goal is to guide you toward your athletic potential while fostering long-term wellbeing and a love for movement.
