TRACEY DURNAM, Strength & Conditioning Coach + PT

Tracey is a passionate Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer dedicated to helping others build strength, confidence, and resilience—both physically and mentally. With an ASCA Level 1 qualification in Strength & Conditioning and a Certificate II in Community Services and Mental Health, she brings a holistic approach to health and fitness.

A long-time member of the MaxFit community for over seven years and a trainer for more than two, Tracey understands the power of consistency and community in achieving sustainable results. Her journey in fitness began after having children, when she recognised the importance of maintaining both physical and mental strength, not just for herself but to inspire others to do the same.

Tracey is especially passionate about women’s health and empowering kids and teens to understand that being strong is a superpower. Through her coaching, she helps clients of all ages develop confidence, improve performance, and embrace a healthy, balanced lifestyle that lasts well beyond the gym.
