Ying is a passionate Pilates instructor at MaxFit, specialising in helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall wellbeing. As a Certified STOTT PILATES® Reformer instructor, she brings expert knowledge of alignment, core stability, and functional movement to every session.
